Roasted by yours truly, our Slingtown bean collections are real show stoppers. We've got something to suit every palate & can cater to any home coffee setup. All you have to do is select the collection & grind type that suits your giftee, then we package up the goods and send it off to you. Voilà.

The Usual Suspects

• Easy  Tiger - Caffeinated, rich, lingering dark chocolate aftertaste. Will rip your face off.
• Bee's Knees - Heavy silk textures carries bright notes of lemon, blackcurrant, caramel & honey. Warm spice & chocolate notes linger. Pours delicious as an espresso and well enjoyed black, or with a splash of dairy milk to bring out more sweetness.
• Little Rippa - The ultimate crowd pleaser. A straight up beautiful blend. Buttery & full flavoured. Great with milk or black.

• Brazil - A totally premium bean. Rich caramel tones, full bodied & smooth as a babies bum.
• Nirvana - A rich organic blend of the finest Central & South American coffees. Rich with a heavy creaminess that carries notes of bakers cocoa, hazelnut & malt throughout.
• Papua New Guinea - A full strength clean bean with soft plum 7 orange acidity. Full, smooth mouthfeel carries dark chocolate & walnut to finish. Drink it black or with milk,  it won't let you down.

Who's been working their magic in the kitchen and making delightful bottled condiments? Why, our very own Bev Whitehead. If you haven't had the pleasure of biting into one of Bev's culinary creations in either of our Newcastle based cafes, well you are in luck. Bev has turned her attention to creating some of the delicious condiments detailed below.

You can choose your own adventure from the following:

• Mango Kasundi -  Mango, onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, vinegar & sugar.
• Chilli Jam - Red chillies & peppers, onion, vinegar, sugar, oil, spice & salt.
• Spiced Pear - Pears, onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar, sugar & spices.
• Whiskey Marmalade - Oranges, lemon, sugar & whiskey

THE CUPS

BRB Ceramics Keep Cup - by local artist Brigitte R. Beyer

Brigitte creates a tactile array of ceramics vessels, designed just for your morning brew. Coming with a BPA-free silicone lid, each piece can be enjoyed either at home for your morning cuppa, or to be filled by your local barista on the way to the office. Each piece completely unique, they are all hand-thrown and glazed in Brigitte's studio in our Carrington warehouse. 

Each cup and silicone lid are both dishwasher & microwave safe.
