Kongi Gold (PNG)
Origin: What we use as Kongi Gold is not strictly from Kongi, we choose whatever the best village, or small crop holder coffee is available at the time, the regions are Mt Hagen or Goroka, Papua New Guinea. All Kongi is generally organic, however it is not recognised due to logistical and financial restraints within villages and farmers.
Tasting Notes: Super rich aroma, very sweet on the nose, well rounded. Really sweet flavours in mouth with heavy caramel body, however surprisingly acidic orange finish.
Maintains body throughout the coffee, great with milk or black, excellent base for a blend. Will work well with all coffee making methods.
